MEND Universe Buzz 
The latest intro to Ms. Mardi Hill’s Mend universe sequel of the gym locker combo locker as gift to Rachel Barrington from her father Henry Barrington (composer) of a family heirloom dynasty secret to me lacks the intrigue and gradual development of the plot in the earlier version of Mend universe. In the earlier episode version I recall whereupon Rachel Barrington’s death, the family secret was encoded in her music and the executors of her estate were scrambling to access her music for the release of the secret code embedded in her music. That was a more developing plot that piques the interest of the reader. Contrastly, this current version of Ms. Hill’s introduction of a gym locker combo gift from her father although an obvious throw off of the secret music family dynasty code, lacks the sophisticated buildup of the earlier version, even though in the current version, Rachel unwittingly exposes the secret family code, as it had gone viral setting off a spiraling of untoward events of the Barrington dynasty.
Also, her father Henry Barrington in the intro is a conductor, though as the intro unfolds he is a government official whose NASA project is exposed from Rachel’s giving away the secret code. This is rather confusing in that of his role, is he a conductor or a government NASA official? It is hard to follow the storyline.
