I hadn’t thought of it before, but the MEND project, understood as a whole, could potentially become more than just pure entertainment (and I love pure entertainment). Because all of its elements taken together (literature, music, film, gaming) require the engagement of so many parts of the brain, it just might make for good old-fashioned therapy. I hesitate to use the New Age term “healing”, but that’s okay, too….
